Our story

Cindy and Kristin met 20 years ago as neighbours. They got to know each other over the backyard fence and occasionally enjoyed a cocktail or two. Over time, they became interested in experimenting with different combinations. Trying different flavours and textures would eventually lead them to flavour enhancers. They discovered that to create the most flavourful, well-rounded cocktail, you need another element: Bitters!

Our craft

In their search for the right bitters, Cindy and Kristin found that the options in London Ontario were limited. This led to them crafting their own. This way they could customize their bitters for each unique cocktail. Then, they thought, why not share their amazing flavour enhancers with others!
