Our inspiration
Cindy and Kristin have known each other for over 20 years. One day, their love of good cocktails with locally crafted ingredients inspired them to craft their own bitters. Their bitters are about enhancing the natural flavours of your favourite cocktails. They marry perfectly with locally sourced craft spirits.

Most cocktails incorporate sweet or sour flavours in combination with different spirits. This enhances the flavour of the alcohol but makes for a one-sided flavour experience.
